All orders over $100 are shipped FREE via USPS Priority with tracking.

All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking for a flat rate of $7.00.

Most orders are shipped the same or next business day.

Return Policy

Should you need to return or exchange an item to tootsweetkids.com, you may do so within 10 days of date on your receipt. You may return items purchased at regular price only. Items purchased using promotional discounts, sale items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you need to make a return, please email paula@tootsweetkids.com for a Return Authorization number. Please include this number on your return package and your return receipt. This number is required to return items.

Special occasion attire, custom orders and drop ship orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit.You must supply the name of the purchaser in order for us to locate the original receipt.

Items must be unused and in original condition WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility.

tootsweetkids.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept Paypal payments.

6% sales tax is added to all shipments within the state of Florida.
